Honey Blueberry Bites with dip
These Honey Blueberry Bites are the perfect mix of cozy and clean eating — soft, golden, and packed with protein. Made with Protein Flour Co.’s All-Purpose Flour and creamy honey Greek yogurt, they taste like a mini bakery treat but with balanced macros. Each bite is lightly sweet, bursting with blueberries, and finished with a thick Honey-Yogurt Dip or Drizzle that makes every bite taste fresh and indulgent. Protein: 13-15 grams for 5 bites!
Ingredients
Honey Blueberry Bites
- 1 cup Protein Flour Co. All-Purpose Flour
- ½ cup honey-flavored Greek yogurt (used The Greek Gods Honey Vanilla here)
- ½ cup blueberries fresh or thawed, patted dry
- 2 tablespoons pure cane sugar or any preferred granulated sweetener
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: ¼ teaspoon cinnamon or vanilla extract
Honey yogurt dip or drizzle
- 2 tablespoons honey-flavored Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
Instructions
- Mix together Protein flour, Greek yogurt, sugar, baking powder and salt until a smooth.
- Fold in blueberries gently with a spatula and mix lightly
- Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes (or freeze 10 minutes ) until firm enough to roll easily. Preheat Airfryer during this time to to 350°F
- Lightly oil hands to prevent sticking. Scoop or roll dough into 1-inch balls.
- Lightly oil the Airfryer basket or rack. Cook 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through once firm. They’re done when golden and springy to the touch.
- Let rest in the air fryer (off) for 3–5 minutes before removing.
- Serve with dip or drizzle.
Honey Yogurt dip
- Mix together Yogurt and honey to make the dip
- Option 1 (Drizzle): Spoon the thick Honey-Yogurt mixture over bites just before serving.
- Option 2 (Dip): Serve the mixture on the side as a dip for each bite — perfect for storage and freshness.
Notes
• Keep the bites refrigerated up to 3 days in an airtight container.
• Store the Honey-Yogurt Dip separately and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
• Reheat bites in the air fryer or microwave for a few seconds before dipping.
• Try swapping cane sugar for brown sugar for a richer, caramelized twist!
