Ingredients
  

Ball dough

  • 1 cup PFC Protein Flour Co. blend
  • ½ cup cottage cheese
  • ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 egg

Garlic cheddar cream cheese dip

  • 4 oz (½ block) of cream cheese
  • ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • ¼ tsp garlic salt adjust to taste
  • Pinch of black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a food processor, blend cottage cheese and cheddar cheese until smooth.
  • In a bowl, combine PFC Protein Flour, baking powder, and garlic salt.
  • Add the blended cheese mixture and egg to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
  • Roll the dough into 8 equal balls and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Let cool slightly before serving. This is a perfect time to make the dip!

Dip Instructions:

  • Microwave cream cheese for 15 seconds to soften.
  • Stir in milk and cheddar cheese.
  • Microwave again for 15 seconds, then mix until smooth.
  • Add garlic salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve warm for dipping your bagel bites!

Notes

  • For crispier texture, brush lightly with oil before baking.
  • Sprinkle extra cheddar or Everything Bagel seasoning on top for added flavor.
  • Store leftovers in the fridge up to 3 days; reheat in air fryer or oven for best results.
