Ingredients
Ball dough
- 1 cup PFC Protein Flour Co. blend
- ½ cup cottage cheese
- ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 egg
Garlic cheddar cream cheese dip
- 4 oz (½ block) of cream cheese
- ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp milk
- ¼ tsp garlic salt adjust to taste
- Pinch of black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a food processor, blend cottage cheese and cheddar cheese until smooth.
- In a bowl, combine PFC Protein Flour, baking powder, and garlic salt.
- Add the blended cheese mixture and egg to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
- Roll the dough into 8 equal balls and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving. This is a perfect time to make the dip!
Dip Instructions:
- Microwave cream cheese for 15 seconds to soften.
- Stir in milk and cheddar cheese.
- Microwave again for 15 seconds, then mix until smooth.
- Add garlic salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm for dipping your bagel bites!
Notes
- For crispier texture, brush lightly with oil before baking.
- Sprinkle extra cheddar or Everything Bagel seasoning on top for added flavor.
- Store leftovers in the fridge up to 3 days; reheat in air fryer or oven for best results.
