Mix ingredients in a mug.
Microwave 60–70 seconds.
Let cool briefly.
Notes
Microwave times may vary depending on wattage. Start with 60 seconds and add 10–15 seconds if needed. Do not overcook; mug cakes continue to set as they cool.
