Margherita Flatbread
A fresh, pizza-inspired flatbread topped with marinara sauce, mozzarella, andbasil.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Protein Flour Co. blend
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 2 tbsp marinara sauce
- 2/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Basil optional
Instructions
- Prepare dough and rest 10 minutes.
- Shape into two flatbreads and cook until golden.
- Top with marinara and mozzarella.
- Bake at 350°F for 5 minutes.
Notes
Add sliced tomatoes or olive oil drizzle for extra flavor.
