Garlic Herb Mozzarella Flatbread
A classic garlic herb flatbread finished with melted mozzarella and Italian seasoning. Simple, versatile, and perfect as a side or flatbread pizza base.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Protein Flour Co. blend
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 2/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Mix dough ingredients and rest for 10 minutes.
- Divide and shape into two flatbreads.
- Cook in skillet until golden.
- Top with mozzarella and bake at 350°F for 5 minutes.
