Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Protein Flour Co. blend
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup warm water
  • 2 tbsp marinara sauce
  • 2/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Basil optional

Instructions
 

  • Prepare dough and rest 10 minutes.
  • Shape into two flatbreads and cook until golden.
  • Top with marinara and mozzarella.
  • Bake at 350°F for 5 minutes.

Notes

Add sliced tomatoes or olive oil drizzle for extra flavor.
