A classic garlic herb flatbread finished with melted mozzarella and Italian seasoning. Simple, versatile, and perfect as a side or flatbread pizza base.

Instructions
Mix dough ingredients and rest for 10 minutes.
Divide and shape into two flatbreads.
Cook in skillet until golden.
Top with mozzarella and bake at 350°F for 5 minutes.
