BBQ sauce

Barbecue pulled chicken
Recommendation: (1/2 package Jack Daniel's pulled chicken)

shredded mozzarella cheese
1/3 cup per flatbread

Red onion
1 tbsp per flatbread

1/2-1 tablespoon per flatbread
Instructions
Mix flour, baking powder, garlic salt, oil, and water until a dough forms.
Let dough rest for 10 minutes to hydrate.
Divide dough into two equal portions and shape into flatbreads about 1/2 inch thick.
Heat a lightly buttered skillet over medium heat.
Cook flatbreads on both sides until golden brown.
Top each flatbread with BBQ sauce, BBQ chicken, red onion, and mozzarella.
Bake at 350°F for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Top with Cilantro and serve
Notes
Yields 2 hearty flatbreads. Add herbs or red pepper flakes if desired.
