  • 1/4 cup Protein Flour Co. blend
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 –2 teaspoons honey or sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Combine ingredients in a mug.
  • Microwave 60–70 seconds.
  • Let cool slightly.

Notes

Microwave times may vary depending on wattage. Start with 60 seconds and add 10–15 seconds if needed. Do not overcook; mug cakes continue to set as they cool.
