Lemon Honey Mug Cake
A bright, lightly sweet lemon-flavored mug cake.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Protein Flour Co. blend
- 1/4 cup milk or water
- 1 –2 teaspoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Stir ingredients together in a mug.
- Microwave for 60 seconds.
- Cool slightly before eating.
Notes
Microwave times may vary depending on wattage. Start with 60 seconds and add 10–15 seconds if needed. Do not overcook; mug cakes continue to set as they cool.
