Chocolate Mug Cake
A rich, chocolatey single-serve mug cake.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Protein Flour Co. blend
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 –2 teaspoons honey or sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- Optional: 1 tablespoon chocolate chips
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in a mug.
- Microwave 60–70 seconds.
- Let cool slightly.
Notes
Microwave times may vary depending on wattage. Start with 60 seconds and add 10–15 seconds if needed. Do not overcook; mug cakes continue to set as they cool.
