Vanilla Cinnamon Mug Cake
A classic vanilla mug cake with warm cinnamon flavor.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Protein Flour Co. blend
- 1/4 cup milk or water
- 1 –2 teaspoons honey or sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla powder or 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a mug.
- Microwave for 60 seconds.
- Cool slightly and enjoy.
Notes
Microwave times may vary depending on wattage. Start with 60 seconds and add 10–15 seconds if needed. Do not overcook; mug cakes continue to set as they cool.
