Chocolate Honey Mug Cake
A warm, soft mug cake sweetened with honey and dotted with melty chocolate chips. This cozy single-serve treat tastes like a cross between cake and a chocolate chip cookie.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Protein Flour Co. blend
- 1/4 cup milk or half-and-half
- 1 –2 teaspoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- Dash of cinnamon
- 1 –2 tablespoons chocolate chips
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a microwave-safe mug.
- Stir until smooth.
- Microwave for 60 seconds.
- Cool briefly before eating.
Notes
Microwave times may vary depending on wattage. Start with 60 seconds and add 10–15 seconds if needed. Do not overcook; mug cakes continue to set as they cool.
