Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Protein Flour Co. blend
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup warm water
  • 2/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
 

  • Mix dough ingredients and rest for 10 minutes.
  • Divide and shape into two flatbreads.
  • Cook in skillet until golden.
  • Top with mozzarella and bake at 350°F for 5 minutes.
